Welcome to ZygoRent. By accessing or using our mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Use of the Service

ZygoRent provides a property management platform for landlords, property managers, and tenants. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.

2. Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering. ZygoRent reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false or misleading information.

3. Payments & Billing

Certain features may require a paid subscription. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. ZygoRent may change pricing with 30 days' notice.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and technology on the Service are owned by ZygoRent or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of data you upload (property details, tenant records, etc.). By using the Service, you grant ZygoRent a limited licence to process this data solely to provide the Service.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: uploading harmful content, attempting to gain unauthorised access, or using the Service for any unlawful purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZygoRent shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

ZygoRent may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time, at our sole discretion. The revised terms take effect as soon as they are posted on this page, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
